About Fritton Lake

Fritton Lake is one of the most beautiful stretches of water in East Anglia, extending two and a quarter miles from end to end and covering 150 acres. The lake is considered the jewel in the crown of the historic Somerleyton Hall estate, which covers 5,000 acres. The event includes adult triathlon races at standard distance and super sprint distance.

Whatever your sporting background this is truly an event for all the family. Children too young to take part can take a break from watching the racing by using up their energy on the parks adventure playground.

Prizes

All entrants will receive a T-shirt memento plus prizes will be awarded for the top 3 men and top 3 women overall in each race.  Age category prizes will be awarded to the top male and female finishers in each age group category.

Note: The overall top 3 in each race will not be awarded an age group category prize
