Refund and Transfer Policy: Race entries are not transferable. Entry fees less £15 admin charge will be refunded if request is received in writing before the 17th April. Requests must be received by post or email - for postal requests date of withdrawal will be as postmarked on the envelope. Telephone messages are not acceptable. Refunds for entries paid online will be paid out within 2 weeks of receipt of notice whilst refunds for postal entries will be paid out after the event.
